John is a graduate of Florida State University and has been a business owner in the Tampa Bay area for over 15 years and has experience in several different sectors. John is an effective leader with a laser focus on results and a proven track record of driving top line revenue growth.
John is big on work ethic and integrity and always looking for unique ways to solve industry challenges. He has a passion for entrepreneurship and building businesses with a focus on high customer satisfaction. John is excited to be in an industry that can help people in such a powerful way!
John lives with his wife and children in the Tampa area.

Kyle Neal, Co-Owner
As the Director of Pharmacy Operations, Dr. Kyle Neal, PharmD is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Vital Care of Tampa’s patient care services as well as pharmacy operations. He is passionate about delivering the highest quality personalized alternate site infusion options for patients.
Prior to founding Vital Care of Tampa, Dr. Neal has honed in his skills as a clinical home infusion pharmacist for 6 years with larger home infusion pharmacies. Dr. Neal served as the General Pharmacy Manager where he focused on processes to help improve patient outcomes, patient experiences, quality control, referral source satisfaction and pharmacy efficiency.
Dr. Neal was born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area and is excited to bring his skills to help patients in the communities that supported him growing up. Dr. Neal received his Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Florida.
